Michael Noshimuri était le grand frère d'Adam Noshimuri et donc le fils d'Hiro Noshimuri. Il revient sur l'île après 10 ans de prison. Il a repris la tête des Yakuza et a tenté de renverser son frère à la tête des entreprises Noshimuri.
